Delete Your Flow Immersive Account

This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Flow Immersive account and all associated data, including accounts created through the Flow Immersive app on Google Play.

How to Request Deletion
  1. 1Submit the form below with the email address of your Flow Immersive account, or email us directly at info@flow.gl with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
  2. 2We reply to your account email to verify that the request came from you. This protects your account from deletion requests made by someone else.
  3. 3Once verified, we permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and send you a final confirmation.
What Is Deleted, What Is Kept

Permanently deleted

  • Your account and profile — name, email address, and login credentials
  • All Flows you created
  • All datasets and media files you uploaded

Kept only where required

  • Records of past payment transactions, retained by us and our payment processor as required for tax and legal compliance (paid subscriptions only)

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your verified request. After that, your data cannot be recovered.
